There was small residue around my SR5 logo that was replaced that I can't seem to get off at the moment. Haven't exhausted all options yet. Other than that, excellent service, easy to talk to, quick turn around, very organized company! Definitely would take my vehicle back in the future.

Excellent customer service with Malele. Only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that it took 5 weeks due to some part delivery issues and that someone at the shop told Allstate that my car would be done so I turned in my rental car. It took another 6 days for the car to be finished and I could've negotiated an extension for my rental paid by Allstate..

It took 1 month for parts to arrive. Had to come 3 times before the car can be finally picked up because the painting was chipped here and there for the first and second time
