Tech scratched the tint on my rear tailgate window. Malele let me know immediately and mitigated for the damage. Nobodyʻs perfect, but to me customer service is about being honest and addressing mistakes/problems promptly and appropriately. Malelo and ʻOhana hit it out of the park on this one.
