My bumper was replaced and painted the wrong color. My car is winter Pearl white. They used Pearl white. So now I have a two toned car. They were supposed to call me back to correct the mistake. First they say it's because it a plastic part.. Ive had my side mirror repainted by Nissan and it's plastic but came out the same color. Then they offered to blend the wrong color into my side panels to even it out.. why would I want that it's still two different colors. They told me they would contact the manager and call me back..So far it's been 3 days with no call back or resolution. I'm highly dissatisfied.
