Was kinda skeptical because of the location of the shop, they are at a dead end street with homeless people all over. Overall, I think they did a fair job and Ashley took the time to explain the charges line by line for me to understand.

Just remember to make sure the cables to the battery is tightened properly. Other than that, you guys did an amazing job on my sliding door. Truly appreciate all the hard work including the car wash🥰 Thank you so much and have awesome weekend!!!

The team was very welcoming from the first estimate visit. I had a personal/work event that delayed my contact and the team was great with understanding and follow up to confirm a new date. Arriving early on day of dropoff.. tech on site said that's ok and welcomed me in and assisted. Communication system of texts = perfect!! Timely and always felt like I was "in the know" of whats going on. Then pick up - real smooth. And again, everyone really pleasant and helpful. Should I need service - I would use you folks again and/or refer to HNL Autobody
