Body shop did a fantastic job with the burned outback. The body shop staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely recommend to other people. The only issue I had was the detailing billed to the insurance company. If it was detailed……I would be surprised. The car was filthy inside. Looks like it was only deodorized and not detailed as I expected.

Original estimate was off by about 800 dollars. This led to the vehicle sitting on the lot for an extra week while additional parts were ordered. Fortunately, I had alternate transportation.
