i am writing a letter outlining this and other experiences with hunter over the last 7 years to detail why i am giving you such a poor rating

bumper installed over the tow hitch. how someone installed a bumper and undercarriage components without noticing a tow hitch is troubling. additionally, since I thought my car was fixed, i showed up to pick up 3 eleven year olds from a mountain bike park only to learn I could not access the tow hitch. i can't tell you how much chaos this caused. now i also have to return for more repairs.

billing was confusing. i was sent a receipt saying "thank you for your payment of $2xxx.00! but I did not think I paid more than a $500 deductible. there was no itemization of the charges on the bill. there was no mention of geico paying a part of the bill. it left me in total panic thinking I had just charged over $2000 on a credit card.
