Repair was flawless. High quality. It took an extra day for them to get a part. They washed my car inside out which I appreciated. I would recommend the shop to friends and family.

I did have a difficult time with them not updating Enterprise car rental when the repair exceeded the rental reservation I kept having to call Husteads to ensure that the rental reservation was updated It was frustrating to find that on the day I picked up my car, Enterprise said that the reservation extension for that day had not been entered. I had called Husteads to remind them to do this and they said they would. They did not. I did not want to be charged full price for that day. Enterprise said they would call Husteads. I have yet to see the final invoice and I'm a bit concerned because Enterprise has my credit card number and I don't know how that final day was charged or if they refunded my $200 deposit in full.

The communication provided by Husteads was outstanding. Received txt/email for each stage of the repair process. Phone calls were always answered and issues addressed promptly. Delays, although minor was quickly resolved. Just pick up the car, repair looks great. But time will tell. Highly recommend Husteads

The repairs were done in a timely manner, and I was communicated with for the majority of the portion. Everything that was fixed looks wonderful, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Everything was replaced except for one portion. There was a dent in the hood that was pointed out by the service member that was still there when I got my car back and never fixed. I was never informed as to why it wasn’t fixed, until I asked about it specifically. My service member claimed That my insurance did not agree to replace the part. This information should have been provided or been written in the paperwork.
