Since my back end was crunched in I was unable to retrieve my personal items from my car. The body shop lost some of those items and was problematic in getting them replaced. The car works great but their customer service is severely lacking.

When I got my car the interior of my car was dusty and dirty, they never cleaned it when they give it to me. And that’s a no no .

The work that they promised to me to be done is not been done and some parts are missing when I got my car, and I have to go at a different day to put the parts that they don’t have.

Overall satisfied, communication was good at times and then fell off, so left in an unsure state, but I definitely would use them again. Their facility location and parking are a disaster, they need a better system so customers know where to park and safely.

They are really careful and they fixed really fast. They are good with giving information very precisely. They are efficient and help fix the car very effectively with keeping in mind how much time they are using.

The service was good, however there was a black mark on the ceiling of my car. I was able to remove the black mark. But I was happy with service.
