The license plate bracket on the front of the car doesn't hold my license plate and license plate frame correctly.

The protective strips/trim on the passenger side doors & wheels were part of repair/replacement. They installed blue trim on that side to match the car. However, the color trim they removed and the existing color trim on the driver’s side is a dark metallic gray. Therefore, I have blue trim on the doors & wheel guard on the passenger side and dark gray trim on the driver’s side. They said the color they took off no longer exists & they thought the gray on the driver’s side faded from blue. I would have preferred that they informed me that color no longer exists & ask if it’s ok to put a different color on the passenger side and replace the one on the drivers side to match. I don’t understand why they thought it would be ok to have one color on one side & a different color on the other side. In the end, they agreed to order new trim and install the new trim on both sides so they match & is uniformed.

There is a scratch right on the front of the hood that was from the accident that had been missed. It is about the size of a pinky nail, I understand it is small but when your pay a deductible, it should cover all issues from the accident. Other that that small issue I am very pleased with my car.

Hustead’s did not fix the truck correctly - the bed is not straight. When I showed it to the Husteads employee, he implied it was beyond their ability to fix, which was never explained to me when they took on the repair job.

It took way longer to get my car back than promised. Car makes a humming sound. It may be COVID & new ownership, but I feel quality of service was better before. Rich is the reason I stuck it out.
