Sam and Kyle were great: They tried very hard to get the Honda parts, which took time and effort, and once the car could be brought in I received constant updates via text about how the repairs were progressing. I also enjoyed talking with Kyle, and especially Sam, who was very informative, communicative, and knowledgeable. I came away feeling that this was a neighborhood shop that I could depend on. I hope we don't have too much need for such repairs in the future, but feel confident that we know where to go if we do. Thank you, Kyle, Sam, and everyone!
