Professional and curteous staff. Negatives: 1. Moderately long wait upon arrival (drop-off & pickup) to see staff/ sign paperwork. 2. Was not briefed on interior chemical spray/sanitation procedure. A verbal 'heads up' would have been nice - along with the chemical(s) in solution to be sprayed. Some folks are sensitive and react badly to chemicals the majority are nominally unaffected by. Personally I did not appreciate mystery chemicals being sprayed in my cabin, and especially disliked the technician's uncertainty after inquiring what specifically was being used to sanitize. Few customers are likely to care, but optically it was an off-putting surprise and, for me, concerning as even dilute exposure to cleaning chemicals can have adverse and sometimes debilitating health effects
