The Repairs took 5 1/2 weeks The car’s windshield was replaced and the inspection sticker was not transferred to the new windshield The car had hand prints and smears on roof lining in the car from the workmen Trash and parts were left in the car and we found a scratch on the center console near gear shifter. A message was left about inspection Sticker after we picked the car up and no one bothered to call us back

I’m slightly concerned as to the time that the paint job cured. I will follow the instructions, not using a car was for 1 month. But I did have a 400 mi road trip planned, that I took and will check the area that was painted for any damage. Otherwise, everything looked good at the time of pick up.

My car was in for collision repair and when we picked it up, the broken hubcap had been reinstalled and the doors locks didn’t work so we have to roll the window down to exit the car
