Truck was sent to cleaning department after collision repairs and wasnt cleaned properly when got it back it was still still dirty and the inside had a white film on dashboard and all over interior !

I had to take the car home with the echo sound when I close the repaired door.

There was 3 weeks delay for my car's repair. Ordered part came broken, so I asked for a loaner and was told no. Then there was another week delay due to a wrong part being ordered. Then they gave me a loaner. When I finally picked up the car, the "newly replaced" door was scratched inside. Also the lock was not tight. My husband had to tighten it. I had to bring the car back again for the scratch to be fixed. When I picked it up again, I noticed that when I close the door, there's a strange echo. The person we was in charge did not acknowledge this even though the other gentleman helping me did say that he hears the echo. Manager was rude and not helpful. Overall frustrating and long experience.

I can't come up with enough good words to express how well I am pleased. The process and your team was outstanding. From initially speaking with office staff to working with Chuck to then receiving the vehicle. Everyone was outstanding! I highly recommend people bring their vehicles to you. This by far is the best experience I have ever had with a bodyshop.
