Infinity improperly diagnosed my SUV twice after a front end collision. I had it towed there twice because I trusted that they will be best to deal with for the issues I’ve been having since the collision. I spent a total of $400 just for towing and $175 for diagnostic testing (that was incorrect TWICE). They never fixed the issues that I highlighted for them repeatedly. Both times I picked up my vehicle the issues still persisted. I contacted the dealership and was told by Jordan there isn’t anything she can do until her manager returns on Monday, today is Tuesday. I’m just overall so disappointed with their service as I would’ve expected the best, most accurate diagnosis and repairs.
