We were told the repair would take three days. The appt was not made until the parts were ordered and in. We knew that once the mirror was disassembled that more parts may be needed . However, we experienced 3 or 4 more time extensions turning it into a two and a half week repair. It looks great, but it was a rather frustrating experience.

I was very satisfied with not only the excellent refurbishing of my Outback but also the customer service at Hyman Bros. I was given information about the process and updated as things changed.
