I dropped in when Chris wasn't in and an older woman in the Collision office took my phone number and told me I would be called on the status of my car when the techs came back from lunch. That never happened. I went in the next day, found and talked to Chris who checked with the Techs and they gave me a general idea. If I had not stopped back it, I doubt I would have received a call. I have no idea what was done with the phone number I left as Chris had not been given it either.

Too long for repairs and customer service at end was poor. Plus, the battery connections were left loose causing us to not be able to start the car twice until someone reconnected them.

Took the shop longer than expected to repair the vehicle. Then they insisted I pick up the vehicle the same day when I was informed it would be missing a part (battery cover) and would need to drive the vehicle back to them once the part came in. While out of town the battery terminals were loose and car would not turn on at all. My boyfriend had to go under the hood twice to reconnect the terminals. When we got back in town, my boyfriend had to tighten the terminals so it wouldn't leave me stranded or needing help.
