I feel for obvious reasons can’t give a 10 but it wasn’t completely horrible I think people should just kindly keep in mind these aren’t their personal vehicles so treat them as such.

I don’t know if this is repair related but the paint job is beautiful it looks like nothing happened but since getting my car back I noticed it is a audibly loud noise made when I am breaking and coming to a stop that I did not have prior to the work done I don’t know if heat wear down breaks when the car isn’t driven but i thought driving and time would make it go away and it hasn’t and it’s been a week.

A 5 only because the man I was told 2x would update me never called. I had to go through my insurance agent who then went through the adjuster just to get an actual update which ended up being the day before it was complete. Even then the adjuster had no idea where progress was. I had called a second time just asking where the progress was for personal reasons for the rental as I had went out of town and after coming back nothing still could be told to me. I was told that second time he would call me and my number was taken down but said person never called me back instead the work on my car ended being done I believe 1-2 days after once I reached out to StateFarm.

Estimator was great. People in office were good and courteous. I was not notified when my car was ready and received notice from rental agency to turn in my car as Hyman was complete with the repairs. It was late on a Friday so I had to scramble to make arrangements to pick up my car. Also the part that was removed and replaced was left in my car. Car was dirty inside. It appeared that once the work was complete on the outside no one bothered to check the inside to remove the item. Car was in disarray inside.
