Your neighborhood collision repair specialist, Mike Hynes, started the business located at Redford Street in Allston in 1959. His sons Michael and Barry took over the business in 1983 and Hynes Collision has continued to grow since that time. In 1997, we opened our second location in Chestnut Hill, and in January 2008, our third location in Belmont was opened in partnership with Mike's most senior technician, Pedro Panzavecchia.

I understood the adjuster assessed for just the bumper not knowing if there was underlying damage. When the actual repair was three times plus his estimate I wish I would have been given this info beforehand. My concern is that what I thought was a small repair that I was not even going to bother fixing will now show on a Carfax as a large repair impacting the sale of my vehicle should I choose to sell. I would have had this fixed as the adjuster explained the need.

This was the best experience ever from beginning to end!! Anyone dealing with the public should take lessons from Collision because they know what “customer service” is all about. I dealt with Santos who was just wonderful!! He arranged for my rent-a-car, reviewed and quoted the damage, and notified me when the parts were ordered, and called again, to let me know when the repairs would be finished. We picked up the car and it looked like it came off the showcase. They even detailed the inside of the car. I would recommend anyone to use Collision.
