He (and Erika) handled a tricky situation expertly when I had a third party paying via cashiers check with no insurance involved. Both were supper friendly and professional. Picking up my car and finding it washed inside and out AND plugged in with a full charge was a tremendous touch. First thing I did when I got home was rate 5 stars on Google. Kyle was incredibly responsive—he checked in with updates almost every single day and was always receptive and patient with any questions I had. That level of transparency and care made the whole process stress-free. Not only was the dent repair done to a high standard, but they also went the extra mile with the detailing. My car was hand-washed inside and out, and they even tackled the baked-on bugs that had been stubbornly stuck on the exterior. It clearly took real elbow grease to get those off, and the car looked fantastic when I got it back. "This survey doesn’t appear to offer the chance to comment on the body shop other than whether the car had to go back for more work - it’s all yes/no, so I said the car was ready when promised, but it took two months - not the fault of the shop, however, and the promised date was always couched in terms of “hopefully when we get…” - so this is entirely not a criticism - they finished it before other shops said they could start on it, my point being that I didn’t have any opportunity to comment. I’ll emphasise, this body shop was excellent. 110% approval, this is a comment on the survey."
