I brought my Nissan Maxima to Image for a front end repair. It had some damage that I tried to fix myself and that didn't go so well! Haha. Chris and the team assured me that they would take good care of it and get it back to like new condition and they did! They answered all my questions and made sure I knew everything that was happening. I'm very happy with the results and the care taken to restore my car to its former condition. I highly recommend!

I was very pleased with both the quality of the repair and the expedited turnaround, which ensured I had my vehicle back before an upcoming road trip. The staff was friendly, professional, and instilled confidence throughout the process. However, two factors kept me from giving a perfect score (10). First, the onsite Hertz experience could be improved. While I understand Hertz operates independently, having them onsite ties them to your operation and makes it apart of the overall customer experience. More experienced Hertz staff would help reduce the need for follow-up calls and instructions from the main office expediting the checkout process. I would also suggest verifying vehicle performance ahead of assignment to avoid vehicle exchanges. Second, when I received my vehicle, a black substance that appeared to have been applied to the tires splattered across the freshly cleaned car as soon as I drove away. While it wiped off, it was on much of the vehicle and around the rims. Because I was advised not to take the car through a wash for 30 days, I had to hand-clean the vehicle and tires which was not ideal. Overall, I had a positive experience, would recommend Image Auto Body to others, and would trust them with my vehicle again.
