The car is very good i just don’t like how easy it is for my bumper to pop out of place and the piece that was in pushed in fell out on the road not a big piece just a circular piece that goes inside my bumper i assume

Overall, my experience was good, and I’m satisfied with the quality of the repair. During the first week, I received regular updates, but after that I had to call to get information on the status of my vehicle. Since the repair took about two weeks, I would have appreciated more consistent and timely updates throughout the process. I also had to bring the car back after noticing a misalignment between the bumper and the body. The shop adjusted it, and it looks better now. One additional recommendation would be to wash and vacuum the vehicle before returning it to the customer. There was quite a bit of dust accumulated inside, and after having the car in the shop for two weeks, it would have been nice to receive it clean. Overall, I’m satisfied with the repair quality, but I think better communication, attention to final fit and alignment, and cleaning the vehicle before delivery would make the customer experience even better.
