Asked 3 friends recently for a body shop referral. All 3 recommended Import Paint and Body. Entire staff managed my expectations well. No surprises! Very professional and gave timely updates. Car came back clean and not able to see or feel the repairs! Perfect. Jacob you consistently exceeded in showing a personal investment on each communication. Was not surprised to find out you are third generation. You all take pride in work and reputation.

These guys are the absolute best in the industry. And I speak with around 40 years of taking my cars to them.v I have never had to take my car back due to faulty work. These guys don't make mistakes...they just don't!!! I have referred friends and family to them in total confidence. I absolutely loved my car when it was done. I was so anxious and scared leaving my car with people I didn’t know but Charlie communicated with me from start to finish and made sure I always knew what was going on. My repair went above and beyond my expectations!
