My Experience

I was pleased that the repair was completed earlier than anticipated. Only disappointment was that the black floor mat in front of driver’s seat was soiled with a white residue apparently from someone’s work shoes. In previous repairs this never happened.

I have already forwarded my comments a few days ago. I was pleased with the repairs done and also commented in my earlier review, that the only concern I had was that the floor mat in front of the driver's seat was left very soiled all over from dirty (white) shoe soles. In the past my car was always picked up was VERY clean. It was good to have my car back so I could drive it again.

My experience with Classic Collision was absolutely amazing. The agents were extremely helpful. Upon dropping my car off, the agents took great care of me by explaining the repair process in detail and answering any and all questions I had regarding the repair of my car. They gave me the expected completion date and called me with progress reports which was very comforting to me. They even managed to complete the work on my car days earlier than expected. Classic Collusion went over and above, in my opinion, for the job they did with my car. The work was beautiful, and I can’t put into words how happy I am with my total experience with this wonderful company. I hope they will accept me as a regular customer should any need for their services arise. Greatfully, Terri Young

Customer service was not the same as it was the last time you worked on my car. It was good right up until I came and picked my car up the last time the guy walked me to my car showed me what you all did to it and this time that did not happen.
