Classic Collision was very professional and the whole process was so smooth. From the time I called about a tow in to the time of pick up I received clear communication, friendly and honest service. They made a stressful situation turn into a pleasant experience. The lady who answered the phone was always so kind. Joseph called me with updates about my car. He made sure I understood what work was done on the car. Everyone who answered my calls were so helpful. My car looked like it had never been in a car accident. Jessica was wonderful. Her customer service management skills are top tier. Classic collaboration helped me get connected with the insurance company and car rental. Yes, I would recommend your shop to friends and family. You gave the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I would like to send out kudos to your entire staff, they not only took great care of my vehicle but they were all polite, courteous, and professional. They took the time to answer any questions I had. Also, I would like to mention that David would follow up with me on the same day I called with questions. They did a great job on the repair of my car. I’m not sure who did the 4 wheel alignment on my car but my car drives better than it did prior to the accident. Also, they returned my car clean on not only the outside but the inside as well.
