No need to contact me. The staff is aware of the issue -- a piece of trim that I asked NOT be re-installed to the new bumper cover was installed anyway. The quality of the paint job appears to be excellent. The paint color match is probably as good as could be expected. The painted cover is "whiter" than the paint on the body of the car. However, the OEM bumper cover paint didn't match either - from the factory, it too was whiter than the paint on the body. With a pearl/metallic -- I didn't expect the paint could be matched.

Timely communication, helps with the insurance companies and they know how to handle them. Very good work, I have gone to them several times over the years.

I'll stop by on Monday or Tuesday but am not satisfied with quality on the finish. In the past I have leveraged you satisfactorily for a Cayman S, however given the finish I would not recommend your company to other pca members. I'll stop by on Monday or Tuesday and hope it can be resolved.

My insurance carrier was really not on its game but your staff communicated really well and got everything handled in the expected timeframe. They were really great to deal with and the resulting body work was excellent. Import Paint and Body has worked on my cars in the past and you are the only body shop I will deal with. Excellent work and a top-notch staff.
