I will never go anywhere else if I have body work done. We have a lot of experience with ImportPaint And Body the service the quality and the employees are amazing. Shout out to Cota and Phil- but every single employee was wonderful that we met.

You took way longer than you said you would to repair the car. I told you I needed the car back before Wednesday and you said it'd be done Mon or Tues. Then, Friday you said it still wasn't finished and you wanted the weekend to "clean it up". To top it all off, I had to send my wife to pick it up while I'm out of town on business, and you took that opportunity to scam her out of an additional $284 as a "supplemental fee". I would never have used your company if I knew deadlines and quotes meant nothing to you.
