While we are an automotive repair facility, we see ourselves first and foremost in the customer service business. Everyone was professional and the finished repair job was excellent. Even though there was a delay with a paint matching problem, Import Paint and Body went the extra mile to insure the paint matched as it should. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the team at Import. After the first meeting with Sal to talk through the scope of the project we felt confident this was the right place. We had some back and forth about sourcing parts and Sal was wonderful to work with. Mark did truly fantastic repair on the fender. the clips/tabs for my Lexus engine bay covers were all missing. Also the AFS light is blinking after I received my car. I notified the shop about this and Sal T. (owner) told me that he will order replacement tabs and advised me to stop by anytime to have the AFS issue resolved. Thank you.
