From three feet away the repair looks good. But there are flaws close up. Replaced fender must not be from Lexus. Doesn't fit well at the hood door interface or at the headlight. Repaired bumper cover has missed repairs, easy with spot puddy. Bumper paint blend was very good. Fender painting was okay, with a number of dust nibs in the finish. Headlight assembly was not assembled correctly. Low beam and floodlight cables were swapped.

I had a situation where I needed work done on a vehicle. They worked with me to identify the work that was absolutely necessary. By doing this, their estimate was about half the amount that I received from another shop.

There has always been an issue with the left side of the rear bumper cover popping loose from the left rear quarter panel. They corrected the issue without me mentioning it to them. It was a pleasant surprise to have this issue addressed during the repair.

Very satisfied throughout the whole process. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. They told me that I didn't need one; I could just come to the shop when they were open. They cautioned me that there may be an issue obtaining some if the parts. They replaced the parts they could obtain and released the car to me. When the parts arrive, it will only take a day to install them.
