Everything was great. Especially communication once you had my car. The two areas of improvement: 1. Picking up the car from my house was a disaster, you were coming, then you weren't then you were Friday, then you came Tuesday after all. 2. When I picked up the car, the back seat wasn't re-attached properly. So the whole seat area lifted up. I had to reconnect/figure out how to fasten it to the base of the car.
