Like I said lacked friendliness and helping out with deductible.

Left few areas no paint. But mostly the fact that didn’t help out with my deductible at all. My mistake in not asking. Every place I ever been helped with covering all or half my deductible. I’m sure you’re in it for money as well. I have hail damage to claim, but I will find another who I know covers my deductible and loans a car while mine being fixed.

Seemed not to care when my tailgate now is harder to close, saying we didn’t touch anything with that. Yet I was hit on side rear, possibly causing something to shift off balance.

I can not express the professional experience I had with International Collision. From the start of me walking on I was greeted with a smile by the beautiful front front desk assist. Corina kept me informed every step of the way the whole month my car was with them due to back ordered parts. She let me know what was going on every step of the way. I had no doubt my car was in good hands. When I picked it up it looked great and it was clean. Very happy customer! I will definitely give a 10+ out of 10!!!! She made me feel like she really cared about my experience. We need more kind hearted people like Corina in the world.
