It took almost a month for our car to be repaired and we kept getting the excuse that the tech was backed up or that a part hadn’t come in/was missing. They initially said it should only be a week. One of the attendant ladies was rude with every call and cut me off mid-sentence on one of my calls. We never received service updates unless we called despite me asking for them to update us since it was taking so long. Even if they said they would call me right back, only once at the end did they follow through. I would have to call back. I understand being busy, but the poor customer service, no updates, and length of time it took for our car to get done was ridiculous. The biggest plus is that they do a great detailing job and you can drop your car off later than all of the other repair places, but I still should have taken the car to Caliber Collision instead.

One of your customer services ladies is dry and rude, she cut me off mid-sentence when trying to ask a timeline of our car being done since it was going on 3 weeks and she annoyingly said “It won’t be done” while I was still talking. I usually wouldn’t consider these things a big deal accept we kept getting told certain times it should be done & that they would call with updates and they literally never did we ended up having to call out of work more than once because of it. The other ladies were nice enough.

My car looks like I just pulled it off the lot ! The only thing I noticed was writing on the hood but I’m sure it can be washed off. Other than that I’m completely satisfied. Real friendly staff !
