My only issue is I had to call for updates. Once my car was dropping off I didn’t hear from anyone until I called a week later. Interestingly enough, I got a text that my vehicle was ready after I had already picked it up

I mentioned multiple times that the passenger side headlight was damaged in my collision. Multiple times. I took my vehicle home before 5pm yesterday no need to check the headlights. Today after 5pm I turned it on and it was out. I went to auto zone and replaced. I really wish the multiple people I spoke to would have listened to their customer

From the staff to the work, all fantastic. The staff clearly communicated with me regarding time and expectations. The work was great; my truck was returned all vacuumed and washed. It was outlined to me as well how to maintain the repaired area and expectations. A phenomenal business!
