I was told my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, my front license plate was in my trunk. When I asked why, she said "it's a brand new bumper so we didn't want to drill into it". I stood firm and had to wait 20 minutes while they placed my front license plate. Not professional. Not cool.

When I picked up my vehicle, it was missing a piece on the front. I was told it will get ordered and put on. I will call back in two days to make sure that the piece was ordered. Other than that, everything was great.

Andrea is unprofessional and rude and didn’t complete repairs properly, and rushed the job and then I had to go back and spend over an hour almost 2 hours to get my car fixed “properly” again since it wasn’t done right the first time, if I had not inspected my car the first time, I would’ve never noticed my car was half done, there was a 15 year old girl at the front desk and no one was there to walk out to my vehicle to inspect it with me, unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate service.

There's a place it was hit with a buffer on the back quarter panel that scratched the door was painted all the way. There's still raw metal. There's orange peel. There's pitting and there's paint run on the door. It's ugly. I will be bringing it back next week

There's runs in the paint. There's pitting there's orange peel. There's glue from the taping. There's an area that was not painted on the door. Jamb and the rear quarter panel next to where the door closes has been hit with something and the paint's been scraped up that wasn't there before.
