I noticed several issues with my vehicle after the rear trunk repair. I have an all-weather rear trunk liner that I use to protect the carpet. When I removed the liner, I found numerous footprints and dirt on the carpet underneath. The rear seats were also left very dirty. More concerning, I can hear something loose rolling from side to side in the rear whenever I make a turn. It sounds like something was left loose inside the trunk or rear area during the repair. I have looked for the source but have not been able to locate it. This is very annoying and makes me concerned that something may not have been properly secured during the repair. I also noticed that the sunshade I had left by the front passenger side had been opened and placed in the trunk. I don't understand why my personal belongings were moved or handled during the repair. If there was a legitimate reason for moving the sunshade, I would have expected it to be returned to its original location and condition. I would like you to please inspect the vehicle again, identify and properly secure whatever is loose in the rear, and address the dirt and footprints left on the carpet and rear seats. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why my personal belongings were moved during the repair. I expect my vehicle to be returned in the same condition it was in before the repair, aside from the damage that was being repaired.

After dropping off the car for repairs, they were in communication with me and my insurance which gave me no stress whatsoever. My car was even ready before the estimated date.

He originally estimated the repairs would take about a week, but they finished the work and had our truck back three days early. That’s the kind of service you don’t come across often.
