We worked with Abdullah throughout the repair process, and he was fantastic. He was straightforward, professional, and kept us updated every step of the way. He originally estimated the repairs would take about a week, but they finished the work and had our truck back three days early. That’s the kind of service you don’t come across often. The quality of the repairs was excellent, the communication was clear, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They definitely under-promised and over-delivered. If you’re looking for honest, efficient, and high-quality collision repair, I highly recommend International Collision Center and especially Abdullah. Fantastic work, car is in great condition. What struck me the most was the excellent integration between ICC, the insurance company, and the rental car agency, making for a super smooth and frictionless experience. Abdul was my concierge and was fantastic, all communications were clear, timely, and frequent. I never had to worry about anything, and the car was repaired in excellent time, even delivered two days earlier than I expected! Truly white glove service, I wish other companies (ANY company!) would take a lesson from them.

It was adequate. My bumper was slightly misaligned and my husband had to adjust it when i got home. You guys detailed the car but left gross boot prints inside the hidden compartment in the back of my car. And you gave me my car back with a flat tire.

Back of the car damage repair looks great but there are pieces falling off the interior of the car where the hatchback and back of the car meet. This wasn’t happening before the work was done.

My car came in from being broken into and stolen. So as you would imagine... this process was very stressful. I had the pleasure of working with Dullah who was absolutely fantastic. He communicated every step and what stage we were in with my car which was totally needed and refreshing. During pickup, he met me outside with my vehicle, and talked about what was done and gave me the opportunity to ask my questions. While the circumstances as to why I needed to bring my car in was a bummer it was an awesome experience to deal with a body shop and staff who was very sweet, welcoming, and super patient. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car but big thanks to Dullah for being a key person in making this process smooth.
