Their level of communication, responsiveness and ability to be sympathetic during a stressful time was leagues above other shops around town. From the time the vehicle was dropped off to the time it was ready for pickup I was never out of touch with them about the status of my vehicle. 10/10 recommend

Taking My car to International Collision Repair was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only was my car repaired to perfection, the employees were the most awesome people I have ever met. Kind, caring and making sure that I was totally satisfied and at ease. My car looks great. It took just a couple days over a week. I was so surprised when it was done. It looks so good and they were so happy to give present my car to me. Thank you Lizzy for being such a great employee and making sure I was happy. I would recommend and have recommended International Collision Repair five people already and I hope they go in.

Everyone I came in contact with was exceptional. They all made sure that I was taken care of promptly. I had to wait a few minutes but it was no big deal. They apologized for the wait which wasn't necessary because it was a very short wait.

Short turn around time, after repair care. I had an irregular issue with my strut mount on the rear hatch rust and break off and stab the paint. They got me fixed up. And took care of the passenger side too as it was in a similar condition.
