The entire crew were just wonderful! Kelly got me all checked in, gave me a time frame for the expected repairs and offered to call Enterprise to pick me up for my rental. Lizzy and I didn't interact initially, but in follow-up phone calls, she was a delight to speak to. Upon completion 8 days later we picked up the car, were allowed to walk around and fully examine it, and Lizzy even drove it back inside to double check and top off the tire pressures. We couldn't be happier with the service and staff‼️🤓🥰

The staff was very kind and helpful. I came in directly after an accident and always pretty frazzled. They walked me though the steps with kindness and explained all that was required. They were also very communicative about the status of my vehicle
