When I dropped off my vehicle, Jason examined it and right away found additional damage that was not picked up by the Safety Insurance Assessor (hitch and frame were crumbled). Jason kept me updated and was always calm and easy going - which is so helpful when dealing with a collision that was not my fault. The young man who was at the front desk (I didn't get his name) was also very helpful, courteous and calm. Great experience overall.

It took almost 40 days to repair a window and they left a scratch on it, so I have to go back and get it repair again. When I used to call the company no one pick up. Left many messages and no answer. I'm not satisfy with the service. I'm waiting for them to call me to have the window repair due to the scratch and so far I didn't get any call.
