Never received updates on the status of my car and had to call 6 days after I dropped off the car. The man at the desk (Will ?) was very professional, helpful and happy to help whenever I came into the office.

Upon getting the vehicle back there was still unrepaired damage and wires that were not properly routed therefore being pinched and visible from the exterior. Staff offered to make it right by bringing vehicle back or having someone come get it and leave a loaner. Honestly after having the car for weeks over the original estimate this should have been done correctly the first time. I would have rather waited another few days for it to be done right than make another trip back to correct mistakes.

Thank you very much! The car looks great. Inside clean too! Paul Kelley kept me informed and was right on with the timing every step of the way. Everyone was helpful with the insurance end of things as well as car rental, extremely quick pickup on day I dropped off the car and Paul handled everything for its return as well as helped me transfer my things from rental back to my car. Very pleased and extremely busy business but process worked smoothly. Thank you and thanks for finding the credit card I lost in my car too!
