I received emails here and there over the month my car was being repaired. I called a couple of times to try and talk to someone but got no where. Email updates are ok but speaking to an actual person that can answer questions is helpful

Jason was the gentleman who handled my case. In the beginning I asked if they could do the work in 24hrs and boy, did he deliver. The work was finished the same day. And, in addition, they also cleaned the car both inside and outside ! What a great surprise that was. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

My truck was out of the paint shop on a Friday and just needed the grill, bumper cover, both passenger side door handels and some other small hardware installed. But it took another six day's for my truck to be ready for pick up. Why? I jab to pay for another six days for my rental.
