I opted for text updates which I did not receive until I called to get a status on my car. One guy told me that my car was not even worked on yet and it had been there for 3 days. I was aggravated because then he put me on hold to find out then transferred me without even telling me why. In the end the first guy was misinformed and my car was ready to be painted. Communication needs to be better because I got aggravated for nothing.

Brought car in for collision but also needed 30k mile service which i was assured would be done while they had the car over a week. The 30k service was never done.

Communication, which your organization committed to, was non-existent. You offered text messaging twice a week to keep me advised of the progress of my car. I did not receive one text in 2 weeks. I placed several calls that went to voicemail. None were answered. I had to come into to your facility to find out the progress with my car, and, did not even receive a apology for the lack of communication on your company's part. When the work was finished, I received a call. Of course, it was time for payment. The work was good, but you're not the only facility in town that does good work. Sorry folks, you get a c- No recommendation here.
