Peter did a fine job of coordinating the repairs. One exception is that he told me that I would receive updates by text every Tuesday and Thursday. That did not happen, even once.

I would not just recommend Ira Collision to a friend. I would recommend them to people I do not like. That is how good they are.

I loved my Lexus RX350 the moment I bought it. But what surprised me more than this incredible car was the service, the collision center (yes I was one of their customers too) was how well I was taken care. How easy they made the process but more than that, how much they genuinely cared. No way Ford, Mercedes, or even the Pintos back in the day cared as much as IRA of Lexus collision did. They could have easily called me an idiot and frankly, they would not have been wrong but Ben, his team made me feel that everything would be taken care of. Not only was it but my car came back cleaner than what I dropped off.
