There were some knicks / small scratches on a door that were not there previously. But they kept it 1 extra day and fixed them, which I very much appreciate. While never ideal, it definitely reflected positively on them in the end.

I had to pay for the repairs myself. I feel they struck a good balance between fixing the car and keeping the cost down. They did some things not all body shops would have done. Like fixing parts instead of replacing them. That saved me a lot of money. The left fog light still doesn't work but that's a relatively minor thing.
