I was told it would take 1or 2 days not almost 2 weeks. I had to wait 2 weeks almost to drop it off on Monday morning and it didn’t appear to be worked on until Friday.

Island Fender has been such a wonderful experience! From the receptionist to the service repair technicians, the entire process was communicated very clearly and they were very thorough in setting expectations. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable and opened the environment to ask any questions I could possibility conjure. Their services with enterprise were also a breeze. They considered everything from the adjuster-rental communications, to their SMS updates about my car and its completion progress. I will always go to island fender for any auto repair services moving forward.
