The workmanship seems to be of the highest quality. Excellent. However, it was very unprofessional to pass on the expense of a damaged supply part to the customer. That should be 100% between Ivan’s and the supplier.

Unbelievable, Ivans is maybe the best place I've ever had any car fixed, personal or work experience, I would recommend this place over any other. Outstanding service and fast delivery of my car that could have been totalled.. Awesome job

I've never been in an accident before. When I got hit just five days into owning my new (to me) car, I was devastated. But Ivan's made my car completely new again! It's like nothing even happened! And they detailed the car, too!! I never want to get in another accident, and I hope none of you do, but if body work needs to get done--go to Ivan's. Period.

They are very professional, honest , showed and explained what was damaged .Great iCustomer service though the repair is not fully compleated Ivan explained and made our car temporarily drivable until the rest of the parts comes in. The car looks great, thanks for doing such a great job in a timeframe that accommodated our schedule. Over twelve year and four leases, I've had body work done three times through the Lexus dealer with a lot more hassle. Ivan's quality is as good or better than the shop used by my Lexus dealer. It would have been nice to get updates along the way of repair that states when the work might be completed. Also, once an update was sent on Friday afternoon, that the car was ready for pick up, in actuality it wasn’t ready until mid afternoon the following Monday .
