Even though there have been some issues (not due to Hitts, but to outside dealership), Hitts has been great to work with, and have ensured that my car is taken care of to the fullest extent. This is my first time using you all for repairs, and while i hope to not need repairs in the future, i will continue to use them/recommend them to everyone!

The length of time it was gone was way longer than they anticipated. The technician lost parts that resulted in having it another 5 extra days. Also my steering wheel had 2 scratches on both sides that look like it was maybe caught on someone’s belt. I was very pleased with them last year but this year was not the same. They did do a really good job detailing it though.
