Have to return again due to missing emblems. Muffler extensions don’t seem to be quite right. Not sure headlights were reviewed. Still only lighting a short distance and off the road instead of in front of the car

Thank goodness my husband is a mechanic. We have never had so many issues getting a vehicle fixed. 1st your garage couldn’t get the air reflector for the bumper. Then couldn’t find Mirrors to fit. Fog lights wasn’t hooked up!! New hood was out on and had bolts missing. Grille put in crooked. Headlights had bolts missing. So very disappointed in the work that was done there. Will definitely tell everyone I know not to go there for service. Also filled a complaint with State Farm. Had them to come look at our truck so they could verify the quality of work that was done. Within 1 hour I had mirrors and bumper reflector ordered and is now on the truck. The only thing that I was satisfied with was the paint job.

I waited a few months for the repair, as Hitt’s is the only repair shop I trust. Other shops could have repaired in a more timely manner, but I preferred to wait for Hitt’s as I am aware of the exceptional attention to detail.
