I had always heard great comments about J & H. Unfortunately for me I finally had a use for their service. Everyone there was super helpful and responsive. After I made the initial call to my insurance and selected J&H, the entire process was extremely smooth. I was contacted by Irma first thing the next morning and scheduled to drop off my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle as scheduled and they also provided me a ride home. I was given a completion date and was informed regularly of the status by text. Project was completed on time and the work was excellent. I hope i don't need their service again but if I do, I will certainly go back to them.

My car got external and internal issues with the collision and I told them about that. They rushed to get my car fixed and I asked if both issues were fixed but they only fixed the external issues and they didn’t even check or run a diagnostic for the internal issues. I had to return my car so they run the diagnostic and it has been a week today that I got my car and it is still not completely fixed. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.
