This is Mrs.Ivory and no doubt about it DEFINITELY would recommend J & J Autobody.. Wonderful experience with the staff from the estimate all the way through to picking up our vehicle. They even assisted with the issues I had with the rental car place that they work with for their customers Major Kudos to Amber Shelby and Shaun at J &J Autobody I spoke with Shelby the most who is very knowledgeable about the process and a GREAT listener 😁 she really understood my concerns frustrations with the other companies involved and being a military family no extra stress is needed. They accommodated our schedules were willing to stay a little late or open a little earlier if we needed them to which is all a PLUS in our book Our vehicle looks GREAT!!!
