The process was easy and the car was fixed in a timely manner. I pointed out one of my deer whistles was missing from the hood of my car. Both were clearly there when I dropped the car off. There’s no way the wind could’ve removed them as it’s attached in two parts: the base is put on first and the deer whistle slides in. I had nothing worked on the hood. They offered to put any new ones on, I’d rather them replace it but that wasn’t an option. Also, they dirtied my drivers side floor mat, so they could’ve cleaned their mess along with bringing my seat back to where I had it.
